Examples of the Social Impact are the young British Tennis player who's facebook entries caused offense, and the recent example of Emily who appeared on X Factor.

The social web?? Engages all the audiance using electronic media. Users can post a comment or response. I think that is it!!

How this can be used to collect impact data from pupils regarding initiatives in school.
